A two deck order represents 104
stampings and controls. |

From your design we produce a
camera ready printout sized for the playing card (image size:
1-1/4" x 2-1/2" ). This design is sent to a metal
die-plate manufacturer. |

|
|
Once the die-plate returns from
the manufacturer, we inspect it for evidence of defects. Then, a test run
is done. Every card in the deck has to print without leaving smears or
spots. If the stamp is defective, it is returned to the manufacturer for a
replacement. |
